As a kind of ongoing “audiovisual journal” of visions, dreams, teachings, stories, poetry, ponderings, ideas, insight, and healing, these (inter)personal reflections, meditations, and visualizations emerge with the intention to illuminate deep memory, enliven the imagination, and nurture a greater sense of presence, connection, and wellbeing.
